Dell Studio 1535 LCD screen replacement ...HELP!!?
I accidentally cracked my Dell Studio 1535 (15.4 inch) laptop LCD screen.
Instead of buying a new laptop, I want to try to replace the screen first. (There is nothing wrong with the computer system itself.)
The resolution is WXGA 1280x800, and I have found a replacement screen with those dimensions. The product shows a model number....1535 LP154WX5(TL)(C1).....and I want to make sure it is the same as the model I already have.
I recently moved and lost most of my papers/booklets from when I purchased my laptop.
Does anyone have the same laptop as I do and can tell me the model number for the screen, or is there a computer GOD out there who can help me out before I order this new screen?
ANY suggestions are welcome.... I need to replace it ASAP!!

well if you think its the right one take it. my screen for a dell cracked i got the exact one but really i just bought it for 100.00$ talk to a technician and give the laptop if you have insurance then just give it to them its like 300.00 for a whole new installation but keeps all your data
