Is this method okay to cool down the fanless graphic card, I'm using the "Stock Intel Heatsink"..?
Right now, I'm using an ATi Radeon HD 3450 which is using passive heat-sink (Aluminium heat-spreader/heat-sink). But this type of heat-sink "doesn't work" in Malaysia because average temperature might be 35 Celsius and I live near to a sea which is hot and making the graphic card temperature to 85 Celsius! So, I decide to use the stock intel heat-sink to cool down the fan-less graphic card. The question is, I want to know is this method safe to cool down the GPU card? I looked at the "CCC" or Catalyst Control Center and I saw a huge drop of temperature from 80 Celsius to 65 Celsius during intensive game with using the CPU cooler.

The heat-sink is an Intel Core 2 Duo 3.06 GHz Aluminium heat-sink which have aluminium metal contact below the heatsink
I would attempt to find some way to secure the fan so it doesn't move around and damage something. As long as it works and doesn't short out anything you are fine. They do make fans that can be mounted inside of the case on flexible arms so you can point / aim them where ever you want.
